Nika Tikanashvili, Associate Professor, Dean of the Engineering Faculty at Georgian Aviation University, is the winner of the 2021 Young Scientists Research Grant Funding Call by the Shota Rustaveli Georgian National Science Foundation.

Dean of the Engineering Faculty at Georgian Aviation University, Associate Professor Nika Tikanashvili is the winner of the 2021 Young Scientists Research Grant Funding Call by the Shota Rustaveli Georgian National Science Foundation.

The project supervisor is Rector of the Georgian Aviation University, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Sergo Tepnadze, and the foreign co-supervisors the President of the Latvian Transport Development and Education Association, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Igor Kabashkin.

Within the framework of this scientific grant, the local and international postdoctoral research activities will be continued for 2 years, which started during the doctoral research period and grants have been already received for the research topic by Shota Rustaveli Georgian National Science Foundation, US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), European Air Navigation Safety Organization (EUROCONTROL), Latvian State Education Development Agency (VIAA), European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST Action).
