Georgian Aviation University owns Erekle II airport “Mimino”, situated in city of Telavi and used for practical training determined by educational programs.

Airport is equipped with modern educational facilities and fleet:

• Aeroprakt A-22
• Tecnam P2006T

University has built aircraft maintenance organization, navigation tower, passenger terminal building, dormitories one for flight instructors and engineering personnel and another for cadet pilots. Currently here, pilot and engineering students undergo their practical training.

Airport is relevant to requirements stated by legislation of Georgia, which is proofed by worthiness certificate issued by LEPL Civil Aviation Agency of Ministry of Economics and Sustainable Development of Georgia.
