Admission Procedure.

1. To start the admission process, the student or his/her representative must send the following documents to the address: t.abazadze@ssu.edu.ge

• Copy of passport
• School certificate (in case of transfer of the student, official transcripts from the home university. The admissions office sends the transcripts to the dean’s office, which evaluates the transcript and decides in which semester the student can enroll)

2. After receiving these documents, the university will schedule an online interview for the student.

Based on the interview, the university will decide whether to accept the student or not. The student must also have a B2 level English certificate. In case of not having the above, the student will first take an internal test in English, the cost of which is 50€.

3. After a successful interview, the processing of documents begins.
4. Documents:

• The student or his/her representative must translate the passport and school certificate or transcript into Georgian.
• Upon receipt of the translated documents, the university issues a letter of acceptance and, in case of transfer, a recognition card.
• All these documents must be submitted to EQE (National Center for Education Quality Development) – https://eqe.ge/en
• The student or his/her representative receives an education recognition document from EQE, this document must be submitted to the university.

5. The university receives an order from the Ministry. It usually takes 1-2 weeks after receiving the educational recognition document.
6. After receiving the order from the Ministry, the university informs the student and requests payment.
7. The student pays the tuition fee and confirms the payment to the university with a receipt.
8. After payment, the university provides the rector’s order and all necessary documents for obtaining a student visa.
