The Company „Geo Sky” is announcing a vacancy for the position of Call Center Operator

Basic requirements:

  • Ability to write and speak fluently in Georgian, English, Russian languages;
  • Knowledge of working with Microsoft Office programs, social networks and e-mail;
  • Knowledge of Amadeus, Saber, Travelport will be considered an advantage;
  • Experience in booking and selling airline tickets – will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Consulting clients/partners on airline services and destinations;
  • reservation/reissuance of tickets;
  • Invoicing and end-to-end control of the process.

  • Ability to effectively manage time;
