In my five-year career in civil aviation, I’ve had the opportunity to engage in various roles, beginning with Technical Maintenance Organization at Georgian Aviation University. This experience let to my role as Deputy Head of the Technical Maintenance Organization, where I learned a great deal about team leadership and technical operations. My journey in aviation education further evolved as I took on the role of Head of the International Aviation Training Center, contributing to the development of aviation training programs. Currently, as the Dean of the Flight Training Faculty for the past three years, I am committed to enhancing educational practices and supporting the growth of aspiring aviation professionals.

Alongside above mentioned responsibilities, I’ve been actively involved in
lecturing for several years, covering subjects such as EASA Module 5: Digital
Techniques and Electronic Instrument Systems, and Electro Radio Materials
and Components. Additionally, I have participated in the accreditation and
authorization processes, further contributing to the advancement of
aviation education standards.
