On February 22–25, 2026, representatives of Georgian Aviation University, First deputy Rector
Davit Tepnadze and Dean of Engineering Faculty Vazha Kelikhashvili conducted an
official working visit to leading universities in Türkiye.

During the visit, meetings were held at:
 Adana Alparslan Türkeş Science and Technology University,
 Iskenderun Technical University,
 Osmaniye Korkut Ata University,
 Mersin University,
 Çukurova University, and
 Tarsus University.

The program included official receptions at the Rector’s Offices, discussions on future
cooperation opportunities, student and academic staff mobility, and the development of
joint educational and research projects.

This visit represents an important step toward expanding international partnerships and
enhancing academic cooperation between Georgian Aviation University and higher
education institutions in Türkiye.
